Usually around this time of year, a lot of support services (including Trade) close for nearly two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. However, there are some services, which go the extra mile over the festive period, to provide you with support and a listening ear in your hour of need:
The London-based Switchboard LGBT+ helpline is open every day from 10am-11pm, including over the Christmas and New Year period, to provide you with support, information and also offer a referral service for lesbians, gay men and bisexual and trans* people – and anyone considering issues around their sexuality and/or gender identity. They are confidential, welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental. Although they are based in London, they can provide you with support, regardless of where you live.

Samaritans
As stated on their website, you can talk to Samaritans "any time you like, in your own way, and off the record – about whatever’s getting to you. You don’t have to be suicidal." They are open 24 hours a day, 364 days a year.
Although they are not LGBT-specific, they are trained up to listen to you and for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings, to help you see things more clearly and think more clearly about your options.

The St Peter's Health Centre and Loughborough Health Centre Christmas and New Year times are as follows:
24th December - services finish at 12pm
25th-28th December - CLOSED
29th-30th December - Normal service
31st December - services finish at 12pm
1st-3rd January - CLOSED
4th January - Services back to normal
