Trade continue to support research projects around LGB&T life in the United Kingdom. There are two interesting surveys you might want to take part in.
LGBT 60+ Survey
Michael Toze, a PhD student at the University of Lincoln, is looking for LGBT people aged 60+ who would be willing to participate in a one-off confidential interview about GP services.
"I’m looking to hear about what’s important to you about GP services, and get a sense of different experiences. Interviews will be arranged at a time and place convenient for you. After the interview, you will be able to check a copy of the typed transcript" says Michael.
For more details visit https://mtozelgbt.wordpress.com/ or get in touch at mtoze@lincoln.ac.uk or ring 01522 835443.
Relationship and sexual health services for men
Public Health England would like to understand more about the relationships and sexual health needs of men living in England. Their survey focuses on the views and experiences of men living in England, exploring awareness of sexual health risks and the availability of treatment.
This is a great chance to give your views and have your voice heard. The findings will help charities, health care workers and the government to promote the best sex with the least harm.
The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete online and everything you tell us will be completely anonymous and confidential – we won’t ask for your name or any other identifying details. You can complete the survey right now or any time convenient for you before Sunday 20th December. Please only complete the survey once"
